Two Democratic congressmen are supporting a bill that will further restrict limits on advances that target military people or their loved ones, particularly as it pertains to national pensions.

The Annuity security and Protection Under Fair Enforcement (ASSURE) work, released by Reps. Matt Cartwright of PA and Gerry Connolly of VA, and co-sponsored by two-dozen lawmakers, would additionally protect some other classes of national employees.
